Welcome Class of 2026! We are so excited to have you join us on August 25th from 8:30 am - 3:00 pm. By participating in Meet CLE, you will have the opportunity to discover Cleveland, learn how to get involved, and meet your classmates! You will spend the morning visiting one of our community partners. After lunch, you'll embark on an exciting afternoon activity. After reviewing the offerings below, please register for the morning and afternoon activity of your choice!

Dragon Boats

Are you up for a fun challenge? Dragon boating is an exciting, team-building water sport on the Cuyahoga River. Spend the afternoon rowing alongside your new classmates! Explore the city from the water and see all that Cleveland has to offer.

Mural Painting:
Art in the Park

Find a spot in the shade, and draw on your creative side! Make your mark by painting a pre-designed mural with your classmates. The mural is on a portable canvas that will be brought back to campus and displayed in the CSSA hallway.

Biking Tour 

Cleveland has an incredible network of bike trails to discover. Sign up to participate in a bike tour guided by an Ohio City Bike Co-Op team member to discover the city by bike. This activity is a great way to familiarize yourself with Cleveland and ride like the schwinn!

Environmental Walking Tour 

Cleveland is a green city on a blue lake! Take a walking tour of the green space and environmental redevelopment of the flats. Learn first-hand about all the exciting work being done to "green" Cleveland. Your lively guide, Doug Kusak, will entertain and inform you every step of the way.

Games on the Lakefront

Would you prefer land and sand? No problem! Hang out at Wendy Park after lunch. Join your classmates on the lakefront for some friendly competition and choose your event among a range of options including beach volleyball, corn hole, bocce ball, giant Jenga, spike ball, Kan Jam and more!
